Google has decided to reduce some of the facilities available to the employees to cut down on their expenses. This also includes deduction related to kitchen and cafe. First of all, the company has decided to introduce Hybrid Work Culture. In such a situation, the employees will be able to work from office for some days in a week and from home for some days. Apart from this, the day when the number of employees in the office will be less, on that day the facilities of Google’s cafe and kitchen will be closed. All this facility will be changed according to the working data of the employees.

According to the company’s memo, Google currently wants to focus more and more on Artificial Intelligence. For this the company needs more and more funds. In such a situation, to save its expenses, the company has already announced the retrenchment of 12,000 employees.
