UPPSC PCS Prelims Exam 2021 Canceled By High Court Update: A petition has been filed in the Allahabad High Court against the order of cancellation of Uttar Pradesh PCS Prelims Exam 2021. The Uttar Pradesh Public Service Commission (UPPSC) has filed a special appeal against the order of a single bench canceling the preliminary result of PCS Recruitment Examination (UP PCS Prelims Exam 2021 Canceled). Let us inform that the single bench had quashed the preliminary examination result of PCS-2021 for not giving the benefit of five percent reservation to ex-servicemen.

Ongoing interview –

The cancellation of the results of UP PCS Pre exam has affected the entire exam process itself. At the time when the order to cancel the examination came, not only the Pre but also the Mains exam had already been held, the results of which were also out and the commission was conducting the interview to be held after the main examination.

The whole process is in doubt.

With this order the whole process has come under the scanner. Junior Warrant Officer Satish Chandra Shukla and three others had challenged the declared preliminary examination result of PCS-2021 by filing a petition. It was said in this petition that despite the notification issued by the UP government, the ex-servicemen were not given reservation in this recruitment examination.

The High Court had ordered to cancel the examination –

The single bench of the High Court, in its order after hearing, canceled the result of the preliminary examination. Not only this, the court had also ordered to release the results afresh. This hearing was held in a division bench of Justice Pritinkar Diwakar and Justice Ashutosh Srivastava. The next hearing of this case will now be held on August 16.
