CBSE: There is good news for the students who were worried about the delay in CBSE session. With the change in the pattern from 9th to 12th by the Central Board of Secondary Education from the session 2022-23, the syllabus has also been reduced by 30 percent. Due to the late start of this academic session, the board has taken this decision so that there is no extra burden on the students. The poems and text have been removed by the board for this session. Last year also there was a cut in the syllabus due to Corona.

According to the information, the board has made changes in Hindi literature, while no changes have been made in grammar. Siyaramsharan Gupta’s poem, Desire for a Flower, has been removed by the board from class IX. The board, under the guise of religion, and the author Chapla Devi’s text “Nana Saheb’s daughter Devi Maina Ko Bhasma” has been reduced. Apart from this, the board has removed the text of Hazari Prasad Dwivedi “a dog and a manna”. At the same time, post number two of Kabir and Meera and those of Pant, have been removed from the syllabus of class 11th. The poems of Nirala, Keshav Das, Ghananand have been removed from class 12th.

Hindi Mother Language (Horizon Part-1) – Poetry Section – , Kedarnath Agarwal – Plum returning from the Moon Jewel, Chandrakant Devtale – Yamraj’s direction Prose Section – , Chapla Devi – Nana Saheb’s daughter Devi Maina was burnt to ashes, Hazari Prasad Dwivedi – A Dog and a Maina Hindi Mother Language (Horizon Part-2) – Poetry Section – Dev – Savaiya, Poetry, Girijakumar Mathur – Do not touch the shadow, Traturaj – Kanyadan Prose Section – Mahavir Prasad Dwivedi – Rebuttal of the antithesis of female education, Sarveshwar Dayal Saxena- Divine radiance of human compassion.

The board has removed these lessons from the syllabus of class 11th and 12th.
