12 to 15 fresh bhindi

1 cup flour

1/2 cup corn flour

1/2 cup bread crumbs

1/2 tsp turmeric

1 tsp red chili powder

1/2 tsp garam masala

1 tsp dried mango powder

oil for frying

salt to taste

How to make crispy okra popcorn

1. To make Crispy Bhindi Popcorn, first wash the bhindi and wipe them dry with a cotton cloth.

2. After this cut the bhindi into about 1 inch length. Now take a deep bottomed pan and put chopped okra in it.

3. Now add turmeric, chili powder, garam masala and dry mango powder.

4. Along with this, add 2 tbsp corn flour and a little salt to it and mix well.

5. After this, marinate the bhindi for about 15 minutes. Then mix all purpose flour and cornflour in a vessel.

6. After this, add a little chili powder, 1 cup water and salt as per taste and prepare the batter by beating it well.

7. After this, put oil in a pan and heat it on medium flame. Then you dip the marinated bhindi in the flour-corn flour batter.

8. Then put bhindi in bread crumbs and coat it well. Now put the coated bhindi in the hot oil.

9. Deep fry till golden and crispy. Crispy bhindi popcorn is ready.
