1 liter full cream milk
1 tsp green cardamom
1/4 cup roasted cashews
1/4 cup raisins
1 cup dates
1 tbsp ghee
1/4 cup almonds
3 tbsp water

Dates Milk Barfi Recipe

First of all, soak the dates in hot water for some time. After soaking, take out its seeds and make a smooth paste by putting the dates in a blender.
Heat ghee in a pan and add milk to it. Keep stirring it till it becomes thick.
Now add blended dates, cardamom powder, nuts and raisins to it.
Mix it well and put it in a greased tray and keep it in the refrigerator.
After some time take it out from the fridge and cut it into your favorite shape and serve.
