Material
- Dry Coriander 3 tbsp
- Cumin 1/2 tbsp
- Fennel 1/2 tbsp
- Red chili (whole) 4
- cinnamon 1 small piece
- Fenugreek seeds 1/4 tsp
- nutmeg 1 small
- small cardamom 4
- Pepper 25-30
- cloves 4
- Turmeric Powder 1/2 tsp
- Sugar 1/2 tsp
- Amchur powder 1 tbsp
- Kashmiri red chili powder 1 tbsp
- salt 1/2 tsp
- Cornflour 1 tsp
- Ginger-garlic powder 1/2 tbsp
- Onion Powder 1 tbsp
Method
1. Mix cumin, fennel, whole red chili, cinnamon, fenugreek, nutmeg, cardamom, black pepper and cloves in dried whole coriander.
After putting the standing spices on the hot pan, turn the flame to medium. After roasting them for 5-10 minutes, take them off the gas and cool them.
3. Then put these spices in the mixer jar. Also add turmeric powder, sugar, mango powder, Kashmiri red chili, salt, cornflour powder, ginger-garlic powder and onion powder.
4. Make a fine powder by blending all the spices well and sieve them through a sieve.
5. Maggi masala is ready. Store it in an airtight container.
