What is PCOS?
Polycystic Ovaries Syndrome (PCOS) is one of the most common lifestyle-related diseases in women. In this disease, there is a hormonal imbalance, due to which weight increases, periods become irregular, hair growth starts increasing on the face. In this disease, small cysts are formed in the ovary which affects the period cycle and can also cause infertility. There are also chances of increasing obesity and diabetes in this disease.
How To Remove PCOS
It cannot be completely cured but can be managed in which it is very important to eat good food, regular exercise and medicines. To keep this disease under control, it is most important to stay fit. PCOS starts decreasing due to weight loss and PCOS increases due to excess weight, due to which the problem increases a lot.
1- Walk is the best way to keep PCOS under control. Walking for at least 30-40 minutes every day keeps the weight right.
2- Another way is aerobic, cardio or any form of exercise in which there is weight loss. If you want, you can also dance and swim. In fact, being underweight reduces the chances of obesity, diabetes and other diseases that can occur due to PCOS and periods can also become regular.
3- The third best way is yoga, Kapalbhati is the best yoga to reduce PCOS. PCOS can be reduced by doing Kalapabhati for at least 10 minutes a day. Apart from this, Anulom Vilom, Bhramari and Pranayama also correct the hormonal imbalance.
