TVS iQub vs Ola S1 Pro: TVS has introduced its updated iQub electric scooter with many updates. The 7-inch screen packs a new UI, voice assist and features with TVS iCube Alexa integration, OTA updates, 1.5kW fast-charging, Bluetooth and cloud connectivity. Though its mobility top-of-the-line variant, TVS iQube ST, is powered by TVS motor and 5.1 kWh battery pack that gives 140km on-road range. The other two variants, iQube S and iQube, get a battery pack of 3.4 kWh / 100km range. So how does it compare to other electric scooters? Here’s a comparison with its specifications.
Which better than output:
The iQube S and iQube ST have 4.4kW output versus the Ola S1 Pro’s 8.5kW output while the Ather has 5.4kW output. In terms of torque, TVS is between 33Nm vs Ather 22Nm and Ola 58Nm. This is a brutal factor while the iQube claims 140 km, Ola S1 Pro claims 181 (135 km over S1) and Ather claims 116 km.
What is the difference in price range?
The base and S variants of iCube are priced between Rs 98,564 to Rs 1.08 lakh. While the price of Ola S1 is Rs 85,000 and that of S1 Pro (ex-showroom) is Rs 1.2 lakh. However, the top-end iQube ST prices have not been announced yet. Meanwhile, the Ather price ranges from Rs 1.19 lakh to Rs 1.4 lakh (ex-showroom).
