Climate Crisis: Global Heating Is Cutting Sleep People Across The World Study

Global Heating: A person is advised to take good sleep to lead a healthy life. But the rising temperature due to the climate crisis has made the world sleepy. We are not saying this, this thing has come to the fore in a study. A research has found that due to global heating, the temperature rises at night. You will be surprised to know that higher temperature has been found at night than the temperature during the day, due to which there is trouble in sleeping at night and in this way a person is getting less sleep of 44 hours in a year.

The surprising thing is that if this climate change continues like this, then gradually the earth will become so hot that it will be difficult to sleep at night. Researchers have done this research by tying wrist bands on the wrists of 47 thousand people in 68 countries.

Many diseases are happening due to less sleep.

Earlier, a research was done in which it was found that people’s health deteriorated due to increase in temperature, incidents like heart attacks, suicides and accidents and injuries due to change in mental status were reported and also reduced the ability to work. Professor Kelton Minor of the University of Copenhagen in Denmark said that sleep is an important part of all of us’s lives. We all spend one third of our lives sleeping. But now the number of such people is increasing all over the world who are not able to sleep well.

India and Pakistan are also in its grip

Minor further said that the decreasing sleep due to increasing heat in the nights is affecting a large population. If you see that the kind of heat wave that is going on in India and Pakistan, billions of people are being affected and as a result there is a lack of sleep. So at the same time, Minor also says that a surprising thing has also come to the fore that people living in hot places get better sleep than others in this climate.
