Shilpa Shetty served notice by Lucknow police 


Shilpa Shetty Kundra is facing tough times recently as her husband Raj Kundra still deals with the pornography case scandal. And while the actress is in a tense state, we now hear according to reports in Times of India that the actress has been served notice by the Lucknow police.


According to reports, a case has been filed against her wellness centre in Uttar Pradesh. Lucknow police Commissioner DK Thakur revealed to the daily, “A cheating case was filed against the managing director and director of IOSIS wellness centre by a person from Lucknow for cheating in a franchisee deal. It was found that Shilpa Shetty is the chairperson of the company so we have now served a notice, which was handed over personally at her residence and she has been asked to explain her side of the story in the case.” 

Meanwhile the daily reports that the actress’ business partner Kiran Bawa posted that Shilpa Shetty and her mother Sunanda Shetty are no longer associated with her wellness spa. She made this statement on social media where she posted saying, “l am addressing this post as a responsible person, being the Chairperson of IOSIS Spa & Wellness Private Limited and therefore request people to please verify and confirm facts before posting and sharing it on social media or such other platforms. Ms. Shilpa Shetty and her mother Ms. Sunanda Shetty has no connection with IOSIS. We parted ways amicably long ago.”

Shilpa Shetty has not spoken anything regarding the same. Raj Kundra was arrested on July 18th and still remains in police custody. The businessman has made a bail plea several times, but his plea has been rejected.
